I will make it a practical and plant based talk, along with how to get started and gain confidence in foraging, dos and don’ts etc. I also spent 30 days earlier this year eating only wild food as part of a research project into how a wild diet affects the gut microbiome so that’s also interesting and encompasses a conversation about why bother eating wild food. I can bring some wild syrups and vinegars for people to try, and bring some wild spices. Elspeth Fimpel
