California Gardeners’ Club is based not in the sunny USA state but in Finchampstead, Wokingham, Berkshire! We have a monthly meeting on the first Monday evening of the month with a speaker and a chance for a catch-up. We are proud of the wide variety of speakers covering a range of topics about gardening and the natural world. We are a friendly club and we always welcome newcomers. Why not come along to one of our meetings and give us a try for £2? If you decide to join, your money will be refunded. trading hut with its comprehensive stock, priced well below retail level; not
just the monthly meetings with interesting speakers on gardening and other
topics and not just the friendly competitions and sociable atmosphere. It’s the
amount to be learned from some expert member gardeners. The weekly
reminder that the trading hut is open for instance, comes packed with
interesting and helpful information about the what needs to be done in the
garden currently and what products are best to achieve it and the regular
newsletter is a mine of interest and information.’
